General Workflow
Artist's work hours are currently on weekdays 9 AM - 5 PM (GMT+7). The artist will not work on any commission or revision outside of these hours.
The commission may take 1-5 weeks depending on each project and queue.
Timeline will depend of the artist workload, complexity and commission type.
If there's any delay needed, the artist will ask for client's permission first
The artist will only allow 3 times of revisions. Additional fees will be charged if client wants extra revision.
Major revision can only be done during sketching process.
After line art process, the artist will only accept minor revisions.
Payments
International Payment can be done via Ko-Fi or Paypal. Local Payment via bank transfer or QRIS (+Rp.5.000).
The artist will start working on the commission after minimum 50% of upfront payment.
For full rendered Illustrations, the artist will only start the rendering process after complete payment has been done by the client.
To not clogged the waitlist, invoices that hasn't been paid within 5 days will be cancelled and client will have to fill in the order form again if they want to proceed with the commission.
No refunds after sketches are delivered.
If no progress has been done within 2 months after client made the payment, client may request for a refund to the artist.
Commitment & Agreement
Artist have a right to decline a commission offer.
Client must provide clear references.
Client agrees that artist will use their own art style.
Artist will not trace other artist's works.
Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project that involves the work in progress, ideas, etc.
Both artist and client must keep secret of both parties personal data.
Content Usage & Restrictions
Prices are for personal use only. Please discuss it first if you want to do commercial use of it.
Artists own copyrights of the work including displaying, advertising, printing, broadcasting, showcasing and more.
Artist may use the commission as part of their portfolio and may post it on their social media.
If client want to keep the work a secret first (ex: for gift purposes), please provide a safe date for the artist to publish it.
Client will receive the work in .jpg or .png file with and without watermark of the artist.
Client must not claim the work as their own and must credit the artist by tag/link/write the username of the artist's social media.
Client must not modify nor edit the work without the artist's prior permission.
Usage of work for NFT and AI tools is strictly prohibited.
